Project Scope

Creative services will be provided by Knoll Studio, based on what we’ve discussed by email. This may include design, copywriting, branding, visual identity, or website creation, depending on your needs.

Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your place in the schedule. This secures your project and allows work to begin (including research, creative planning, and communication). The remaining balance is due before final delivery or handover. For larger projects, a payment plan can be arranged if agreed in advance.

Revisions

Projects include up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or major changes may be quoted separately.

Ownership

Final work becomes yours once full payment is received. Unused drafts, concepts, and process materials remain the creative property of Knoll Studio. Completed work may be shared in our portfolios or on social media (including collaborators involved in the project) unless you request otherwise.

Delays 

If project progress is delayed due to missed deadlines, lack of communication, or missing content from your side, the timeline may shift and additional charges may apply if the project needs to be rescheduled.

Credit & Website Link 

For website projects, we may include a small credit link to Knoll Studio in the footer unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

We treat all shared content, ideas, and communications with confidentiality and care, and expect the same in return.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel after work has started, the deposit remains non-refundable, and you may be invoiced for work completed to date. If we need to cancel, your deposit will be refunded in full.
